Access Asia Study Tours are offering an exciting range of study tours which target the national curriculum subject areas of the Arts, History, Geography and the Environment. General interest study tours to Asia are also available to support your professional learning needs. 

Study tours for 2010 and January 2011 will be offered in the country destinations of: Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. See list below. To express your interest please email us, indicating clearly the tour you are interested in.

Business Educators Study Tour

Through this new partnership with Business Educators Australasia (BEA), this study tour will be offered during the June /July and also September/October term break. BEA educators will have a chance to travel through key economic zones and connect with Australian and Chinese business experts. More information

History Study Tours

Two History Study Tour programs will be offered in September October 2010 holiday period on behalf of the History Teachers Association of Australia. Through this new partnership History teachers will have a chance to enrich their understanding of the events which have shaped China, Japan and Korea today. Thailand Study Tour

This tour offers a suite of activities to support professional learning on environmental sustainability issues and will connect you with environmental agencies, NGO’s and local communities. The tour is specifically tailored for SOSE, Geography and Environmental Sustainability educators. More information

Victorian Association of State Secondary Principals  (VASSP) Study Tour to Hong Kong and South Korea

A Study Tour for principals will be offered in the June/July 2010 holiday period on behalf of the Victorian Assocation of State Secondary Principals and managed by the Asia Education Foundation. Tailored for VASSP members, the program focuses on education excellence in South Korea and Hong Kong. Over 12 days connect with key education institutions and professionals and gain first hand insights into world class approaches to 21st Century schooling. More information
