bio

Yoav is an outreach ecologist with a background in forest ecology and with experience of working in India. He specialises in studying the treetop canopy environment and in helping individual trees serve as ambassadors from the natural world. He currently is a Research Associate at Curtin Institute for Biodiversity and Climate, and serves as a Field Editor for Asian Geographic magazine. Yoav enjoys teaching students about the links between science, adventure, travel, and nature appreciation.
