With over 25 years of industry experience, Venu is a seasoned professional who has made significant contributions across various domains. Two years ago, he embarked on an exciting journey with Aruba, where he assumed the role of leading and cultivating the mid-market business in the South Pacific region. Venu's expertise draws from a rich tapestry of experiences in startups, network engineering, account management, sales leadership, and venture capital. Venu's career began during his university years when he founded a thriving IT enterprise. His career trajectory included a pivotal role at a Systems Integrator, where he played a key part in architecting some of the pioneering wireless projects in Andhra Pradesh, South India. Over the years, Venu has lent his talents to prestigious organizations such as Cisco, Blackrock, Telstra, and Powertel. This diverse exposure has equipped him with a unique perspective, allowing him to offer innovative solutions to his clientele. In addition to his corporate endeavors, Venu is an active venture capitalist, investing in promising startups. His passion for fostering innovation extends beyond his professional life. He is driven by a fervour for continuous learning and is perpetually striving for personal and professional improvement. Venu holds a Master's degree from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor's degree from Nagarjuna University. Outside of work, Venu is a man of diverse interests. He finds fulfillment in pursuits like photography, golf, and indulging in the excitement of AFL matches. Equally important to him is quality time spent with his cherished friends and family. Currently, he is deeply engrossed in a remarkable endeavor, building an organic egg farm alongside his wife and two children on their micro-farm – a project that embodies his unwavering commitment to sustainability and innovation.
